The units use UV-A lamps enclosed in an unbreakable lamp housing to provide a large attraction area. The #700 is constructed from lightweight aluminium which allows 3 flexible mounting options – suspended, wall mounted direct light or wall mounted indirect light. Mo-Butterfly’s adhesive boards have large capture area and HACCP monitoring grids which comply to meet the rigorous hygiene standards required in all food areas. When captured on the adhesive board, the insect eventually dies of dehydration from being unable to escape. There are no smelly odours, no chemicals and the boards are easily replaced.
